This car makes me feel younger and it is a nice ride my kids love it they think I'm a cool mom. But to be honest I have always wanted a Dodge charger but really didn't like the cut but this model year the cut off the car sold me for me is about the ride and the body style. Love it!
A phenomenal car! I spent a week and several hundred miles with this car. It was a rental and had the upgraded 6-cyl engine. You hear a lot about how wonderful the Hemi is but the 6 had a lot of power and a really nice growl when you step on the gas. This thing was FAST! I was duly impressed with this car and it got great gas mileage with both city/hwy combined. That's nice for a change in a big car--and this one's BIG. The hood is huge--long and wide. I liked the tilt/telescoping steering wheel that allowed me to customize the fit. Also, the power driver's seat was extremely comfortable and allowed infinite fine tuning. You could sit low and deep in the car or sit higher with a very nice, commanding view of the road. Great stereo and speakers had nice sound. Plenty of storage with an outlet inside the center armrest/bin to charge your cell phone and keep it out of site/out of the way. Huge glove box too. Wasn't crazy about the cupholder design but they weren't exactly bad either. The back seat is huge--one of the biggest I've seen in a sedan in recent memory. Tons of leg room--almost limo-like--and plenty wide for 3-across seating. The trunk on this car is huge as well. Could swallow quite a bit of luggage. And finally, just a blast to drive. I will be trading in my Ford Expedition on a new Charger and I'll be getting the 6-cyl. since it had so much power that I don't see the need for the extra expense of the Hemi.
This is the only badass car I have been able to find with four doors. While I love the idea of a modern muscle car, I still have two kids to tote around regularly. This body style has plenty of interior room and with the 5.7 liter Hemi, plenty of horsepower. They changed the body style in 2011 and it looks less "retro muscle car". It also has lots less interior room.
