My kids and I are very happy with our Dodge Grand Caravan 2012. We enjoy the space to cary bicycles, and camping equipment with some of the seats folded down. The convenience of being able carry 7 passengers with lots of room for luggage and equipment. The fuel economy is great. I use it as the company van to transport cargo, and to transport people for company purposes.

Comfortable "thing" mover

My wife and I purchased this vehicle to replace an aging SUV. We have a toddler, an older dog, and a cat. We figured if we needed to expand, a minivan was the best option. So far I have been very happy with its performance. It actually has a lot of spunk. I feel like I have good control over the steering, breaking, and it's very comfortable to ride in. It's certainly much easier to load everything in the car with the automatic doors and tailgate. These options were very useful. The van sits low enough so my dog can actually get into the car by herself. This was a problem with our old vehicle. The stow and go seating has been great. There have been multiple occasions where we've removed a seat, then needed to add one. This feature is nice. The only downfall is that you have to move the driver's seat fully forward to stow the seat, but that's a minor problem. It's also been great for trips, everything fits! The cup holders are also nice, they hold any size cup so your coffee or soda doesn't fly around while you're driving. Also, I had no idea the windows on the sliding door could roll down! The gas mileage isn't quite where I'd like it to be, but it's probably because I drive too fast and my wife drives it mostly around town. It does get better mileage than my SUV and it's actually similar to my car. As far as mini vans go, I think it's pretty good, a comparable crossover or SUV that gets better gas mileage costs about $10k more than this vehicle. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase. I think I got a lot of bang for my buck, and I'm hoping to be cruising in this beast for some time.
