The only negative thing about this vehicle is the lack of luggage space when the third row seating is being used. The area in the rear is a little cramped if you are a big person in the third row. However, It is ok for the 3 kids. I like the way it handles on the interstate and around town. The first road trip was in a dust storm and the car did very well. Not a lot of buffering by the wind. I wold recommend this vehicle to any one. I was a die hard Chevy fan, but I do love this Dodge Journey. I
worst car I've ever owned

I've had starting problems with this car since I bought it in 2010. It's been in/out of the Dodge Dealership every year (average every 6 months). New ignition, new starter, etc. It still will not start up without covering the brakes, shake the drive shaft, put into neutral and repeat the previously mentioned tasks. Thank God for the extended warranty.

Although, I had to have the car placed in the shop to handle a couple of recalls that were on the car, the car has been great. I love the ride and the space that the car has. It has the right amount of pick up speed for my driving experiences. It is just so comfortable but I do have a problem with judging how far to pull up when parking because you cannot see over the hood. I have to always remember that the front of the car is short. Overall, it is the car I wanted and so far I think I have made a good choice.
