I recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey Mainstreet and I must say I'm enjoying it right. This is my first CUV/SUV. I find it to be very spacious and comfortable. I tailgate at football games and this vehicle works very well for me when traveling with a grill and several tables, coolers, chairs and other necessary equipment for tailgating. I find the ride of the vehicle comfortable although I can feel the difference when the road material changes (if that makes any sense). I'm not a daily commuter so my gas mileage is pretty good at 20+. As for features, it has power windows, seats (heated), dual climate control and nice radio. My only gripe so far is the lack of bluetooth in this model. It has a 8.4" screen with the Uconnect system no bluetooth and navigation. I can live with the lack of navigation since I use Google Navigation, but the lack of bluetooth just pains me with all of the no hands laws. I inquired about having bluetooth added to the radio but was told by a Dodge dealer it couldn't be added. I even asked about replacing the radio with a factory radio that included bluetooth but they said it couldn't be done. That really surprised me. Anyway, I still love the vehicle.
Horrible, Horrible Quality

We bought a 2013 Dodge Journey SXT in July of 2013. We had problems without about a week and a half afterwards. It started pulling hard to the right and the front end and dash vibrating and rattling. After four trips to the dealership, they are still not able to fix it. I took it in to an independent mechanic and they also pointed out that the bottom is rusted over and that the front differential is leaking. I spoke with a neighbor who has a 2012 Dodge Journey and she has also had the same issues but has additionally had to replace her tires and brakes after less than a year of use. Chrysler has some serious quality issues right now. Unfortunately our next car that we purchase won't be American due to all of the quality issues.
