Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.38 reviews) We got the Journey as our family vehicle. We didn't need a full on SUV and did not want a mini van. The Journey seemed to be a perfect mix between the two vehicle styles. Plenty of space for our 9mo old in her seat, the dog and cargo. Plus the 3rd row seating is awesome to have when needed. We feel safe and confident driving it. So far we love it.

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.407 reviews) Great all around vehicle. I see reviews knocking interior size. Not fair. It is a mid size SUV. Yes, the third row is a waste of time but great space with seats folded down. We are very impressed with the vehicle. Not many mid size SUV's have the V 6 power when needed. This does. The motor is actually a hair bigger than our Chevy Traverse which is a full size SUV! 3.6 Journey...3.5 Traverse. But you do give up some gas mileage. We get 22 combined and have seen over 24 on hwy.

Not for a family with car seat requirements

We purchased the Journey because we we're having our 4th child. We have 10, 8, and 3 year olds. We knew the "trunk" really had no room for cargo, but went for the family size accommodations. However after having 2 car seats, we quickly realized how inconvenient it was. Getting the boys in the third row was so annoying. Now they enter through the "trunk". When my mother in law visited, we took 2 cars on a trip. Without the third row up don't do any real shopping because you'll have no room. This is a nice and stylish car recommended for a small family. But if you're looking for room AND comfort, the Journey isn't it. Mini Van? Nooooooo!!!

Great American Vehicle - Hybrid Between an SUV and Minivan
