About the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Limited

Vehicle Summary

Your biggest jobs call for the power and performance of a full-size pickup truck—and the Dodge Ram 1500 is more than ready to deliver. But what if you're not ready to sacrifice any creature comforts for the sake of utility? On the Ram 1500's Laramie Limited trim, you don't have to. This range-topping trim is offered as part of the Ram 1500's fourth generation (2009-2018) and fifth generation (2019-2020) of production, offering plenty of power and torque when you need it most.

Every Laramie Limited comes standard in a Crew Cab configuration, which is the largest cab size available on the Ram 1500. This means you'll be able to comfortably seat up to six passengers across two rows, while full-size front and rear doors make for easier cabin access.

Under the hood, every fourth-generation Ram 1500 Laramie Limited comes standard with a zesty 5.7L V8 engine and was available with rear- or four-wheel drive. Meanwhile, fifth-generation models receive a standard 3.6L V6, although a 5.7L V8 was optional if you're looking for that signature V8 strength.

Regardless of which Dodge 1500 Laramie Limited model you end up with, we think you'll enjoy this truck's robust power, spacious cabin, and luxurious features.

We Test Drove This Vehicle

The vehicle has no accident on record in Carfax, but there are indicators of significant body repair. The vehicle was also damaged (right front fender) during transfer from Texas to Kansas City. They tried to repair the damage, but it is still noticeable. The vehicle drove well, but we decided not to buy because of the condition of the exterior.

Nice buy

When I first went in I didn't know if this was the truck I wanted but I knew I wanted a truck. Once I looked around at the truck and SUV level I really liked the truck. It was the color I wanted it had the four doors and it had the lift. Once I drove it I liked it. I was nervous driving it home but excited.

Great truck at a fair price

This is my third Ram truck in a row, dating back to 1997. The two old ones are still in use, both with over 100K. Tough trucks. I like the power of Ram trucks both gas and diesel and the new Hemi really moves. My mechanic tells me to use semi synthetic oil because the valve lifters clog up. Time will tell if this truck is as durable as the last two but it preforms very well now.
