I like the wide wheel base for pulling my horse trailer. With or without a trailer this truck is amazingly smooth to handle. It's like floating on air sometimes. The horn is VERY loud. So it gets attention when others do stupid things. The interior is very spacious (holds 5 teenage growing boys quite well) I really like the size of the bed of the truck. I enjoy the sprayed in bed liner. I wasn't sure if i would but caring Kayaks has proved its weight in gold. Even though the mileage is average of 17mpg I knew that when I bought it so I live with it. The mileage doesn't change much even when pulling my horse. I have gotten 15 to 17 mpg. in FL.
I've owned different trucks that had oil leaks, alignment problems, brakes changed Brakes changed out too often, Alignment problems, oil leaks, transmission problems, gas hogs and parts in trucks fell off. The Ram 1500, hemi 1500, 1500 4x4, 1500 hemi longhorn. .. I never had any problems and I paid them off and still no problems. I did oil changes, tire changes, cleaned them. Excellent truck for a sinle woman with 4 kids and a Chow Chow. Rams drive and ride like a nice car.
Not sure if I would recommend or not. Reason being after owning my truck for 2 months there seems to be an oil leak coming from the manifold seals. Surprising since for a fairly new truck 2014 with only 22,000 miles i discovered oil on my driveway. Now I'm not so sure about Dodge
