I needed a small car for getting around and parking around Portland, and this fits the bill! Drives like a dream, great gas milage, good features. Just so fun to drive! The inside is far more roomy than you'd expect! Only downsides: not great visibility in rear obliques. You feel every bump pretty hard.
Great car for under $20k. Sporty exhaust can be a bit too loud for some, but we love it! It gurggles and pops when you play, but quiet at constant speed on the interstate. Handles very well with plenty of power. Interior is more roomy than you'd think. With 17" wheels there is minor torque steer in low gears when turbo kicks, but still fun. A few minor rattles, but Beats stereo provides awesome sound system. Shifter would seem to be in a weird position, but it actually works-out fine. With 5-speed, the clutch is feather light and easy. Plus, has a hill-hold feature, so you don't have to mess with the parking brake. Oil changes are a bit pricey, but not that often - so, it's not a real issue. Fun!
What this car isn't: -large, full size vehicle -super powerful with a 10 sec 1/4 mile -automatic -quiet If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. This car is amazing. The sound, the look, the comfort, the space. It's all there. I don't like large vehicles, and that's my thing. You may, and that's your thing. For our family of 4, though, we haven't had any issues with space. Both interior as well as trunk. Did I mention how this car sounds? It also performs, but our other car is faster. In a nutshell, it's a fun hatchback that gives solid performance without the sacrifice of gas mileage (10gal tank, so consider that). This car isn't for everyone, and that, I am thankful for. Only something Abarth owners would know.
