Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.657 reviews) This vehicle makes for an excellent commuter car. MPGs are competitive, Stick shift makes driving fun. This most definitely isn't the family car. Cargo? Sure. Engine's too small for serious jobs, but it'll handle most household needs. Passengers? You only get two, and it's not very comfortable. Performance? Lacking, unless you want to rev high. Fun? Absolutely. You really feel the road in this truck. Between this and the manual trans, my commute is rather interesting these days.

Best truck I've ever owned

I've been a Ford man since my first one 1953 Ford Convertible in 1958. Over the years I've wandered away from the brand - Chevy, Volvo, Dodge, VW, etc. But in the end I always went back to Ford. The reason? Most dependable, long lasting, and always a pleasure to own and drive.

Its a love/hate relationship.

to keep buyers from purchasing anything General Motors. I've had seven Ford trucks, 3 diesels and 4 gas. Four were new and 3 used. Overall I love Ford trucks. I've had more problems with my latest purchase, but I'm still pro Ford. My biggest gripe are with the service centers at Ford dealers. They aren't even subtle about the outrageous costs and estimates. They'll shake your hand, pat you on the shoulder and screw you to the wall without so much as a kiss. I steer clear entirely.
