2011 Crown Vic

With tinted windows you lose the grampa look; but not the suspicion your driving a govt/ LEO vehicle...ie, dont expect to be tailgated or cut off much in a CV. The CV is a reliable, quiet vehicle & Ford should keep making them! :( Im averaging 26.8 mpg with a high of 28.1 mpg after 2200 miles (90% highway). Yes, asian car lovers, its a V-8, its 4100 pounds of american iron (with a real frame) and its awesome!

has aged very well

This was my folks church car for over 10 years, when they decided to upgrade to a new crown vic before production ended, I took this one as my daily driver to and from work. this car has only 67000 miles but has never given them or me any problems, I think they replaced the battery once and the alternator once, other than that they just drove it, the window motors are getting a little weak, but hey they are 11 years old now, overall the car is smooth riding with good gas mileage for a V8, around 23 MPG, the seats are not the most comfortable but small price to pay for the superior ride and drive and economy. this is a car made from steel, not nearly as much plastic as the new ones have. it's an oldie but a goodie.

Crown Vic buyer

Purchased the car in an emergency situation and it has been a good decision. Rides smooth, good engine performance, excellent gas mileage for the long road. Comfortable seating, nice trunk for hauling large items.
