It's quiet and smooth and comfortable and roomy but not too big. There are so many great little features too, like a warning if tire pressure is low (how I discovered a giant nail in one of my tires), how many miles until the gas tank is empty, a rearview mirror that dims headlights at night. I am sooooo happy I bought this car!
First off let me say, Car Max is the only way to buy a car, period! 2nd Edge I've bought from CM and I believe that if Ford seriously addressed these issues that this SUV would rival any in its class for me, luxury or not. Leather interior is a must for comfort and looks. Automatic lift gate is a wonderful addition (had on first Edge not second. Third and subsequent Edges (from Car Max of course, will all have it).
I have lived this car since I first sat in it. It is comfortable, very smooth and quite drive and has plenty of room. Being the mom of small kids I need something that is family friendly. This car definitely is. It gives them plenty of room as well as space and they aren't so close to me and we all feel crammed. As far as the other features I love having the satellite. It is nice to have the big display. I have to say as a negative it doesn't have a lot of space that is front and center for your phone. However I have adjusted and I am fine with it now.
