I love the 2009 Ford Escape, i got everything i wanted on the car at a very good price. I had previously owned a 2004 Ford Escape and drove it till it had 140,000 miles on it with very little mechanic work. Good gas mileage, plenty of room, my 2 grandkids car seats fit perfect in the back seat, and plenty of storage to haul around whatever I need too.

We have several friends who have Escapes and they ALL love them! We drove one and fell in love. We bought a 2009 and it is in excellent shape and has a smooth ride. The V6 gives us the acceleration we need for hiway driving. The gas mileage has been great and with gas at $4/gallon, that is important! I know this doesn't affect the performance, but we also love the classy color we found. It's kind of a taupe with metallic flecks in it! We love this car! We hear Ford is changing the look for 2013 and that in unfortunate as it will look like every other small SUV. The shape was one thing that attracted us.
