Too much stuff on it that's hard to figure out. The radio system and phone system instructions aren't written for the average person. The car rides good. The battery and certain areas of the engine are very hard to access. Even the dipstick comes out crooked because of poor access. It gets ok gas mileage. The controls are hard to figure out and operate.
Great car, great price, wonderful service.

The car is roomy, handles great, good gas mileage, is comfortable to ride in and drive, mechanically sound, would be great for a family, and is great for road trips. Plenty of storage space, back seats are roomy and comfortable. Probably the best car purchase I have ever made.

I love driving this car. In the past I had been adamant that I didn't want an SUV, but this is small enough that it feels manageable, but big enough to handle gear transporting needs for my family. We made a trip for the holidays halfway across the country, and had no problem fitting all of our things in the vehicle without feeling ourselves completely crammed in. I love the dashboard display with mpg and miles remaining in the tank, and the bluetooth connection system.
The Ford F-150, the top-searched vehicle on carmax.com in 2017, has a heck-raising version called the SVT Raptor. Love it or not, the Ford Raptor is impossible to ignore. It rules the road (and dirt, mud, sand, etc.)!
Many drivers who want a best crossover seek out one of the popular vehicles on this list. Why the big deal about a crossover SUV? It’s the solid mix of roomy interior and a smaller size that fits in plenty of parking spaces.
