I loved the look of the 2013, Ford Escape. When I drove it the first time, I thought that it was a really fun car to drive. It was clean and had all of the features I was looking for in a car However, I purchased the car in November of 2015; I sold the car February 13, 2016. In that time, I learned that FORD stood for, Fix or Repair Daily; because, in the time that I owned the car, it was towed twice. It had service or repair issues at least four times! The Check Engine light kept coming on, so I took it back to Car Max. The reality was, the car was at Car Max almost of the time that I owned it. On February 13, 2016, I traded the car in for a brand new Jeep! I havent looked back since!
I have been a big believer in V8 engines all my life. Now technology has caught up to the big motors. The Eco-Boost 2.0L Inner-cooled turbo engine handles all types of conditions. It runs smooth and efficient on the road and keeping it at 2000rpm on the highway it easily runs at 65mph and when you want power to pass and accelerate the turbo really makes it a powerhouse to drive. The 2013 had complaints early due to all the electronics and technology packed into a newly designed vehicle, I've had no issues what so ever. The stereo sounds great and I am quite happy in my e selection.
My Ford Escape has tons of daturas I didn't T even know it came with. The beautiful panorama sun roof is great. Tons of USB plug ins and a regular outlet as well. Hands free link even reads your incoming text messages so ther is notexting and driving. Automatic tailgate even has foot activation..in case your hands are full. Many more features in the Tiatanium 4d sport Utility that we love.
