Customer Review Summary for Ford Explorer Sport Trac
Our 3rd Sport Trac. Awesome Vehicles
2010 Ford Explorer Sport TracKenneth Smith - Canyon Lake, TX03/24/2016
This is our third Sport Trac. We owned a base model 2003 version several years ago which we towed behind our motorhome. We sold it when we sold the RV, and found we missed it so much, that we found a 2008 model which we put many carefree miles. Last June we found our 2010 Limited model with less than 30,000 miles. Copper/Brown accents and it looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom. I've had several offers to buy it, but as most Sport Trac owners will testify, these rare trucks are keepers. I hope Ford reintroduces the model soon. No other small truck comes close to the looks and practicability.
My Dream Truck
2001 Ford Explorer Sport Tracain1996 - San Antonio, TX11/25/2006
I researched a Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It drives very well, although there is wind noise that comes in from the window jams, between the front and rear doors. I believe it is a design flaw. My MPG averages between 22 and 27 mpg, which I feel is really good. The gauges are easy to see during the day and at night. The seats are confortable, but they do not recline all the way back. The power of the vehicle is adequate, The sound package is a little better than avearge, since it has a seperate control panel in the rear that allows people to change the station, and adjust the volume, and there are speaker jacks so that the rear passengers can listen to music with ear phones. Additionally, there is a separate control for the AC/ and heat in the rear of the cab, which sets this vehile above the rest in it class.
City Slickers Pickup Truck
2008 Ford Explorer Sport TracJ - Annapolis, MD02/15/2015
Great looking car - a pickup that is built on an SUV chassis. Has a great ride and still has the advantages of a pickup.
