This car has lots of great if built in features even at our base model. Third row is built to fit adults, car seats or kids with ease. The step in height is low enough to not need a step but large enough to be up with a good view. Compact enough to fit in small parking spots and maneuver in the city but large enough to handle our pasture roads and all our baby and kid gear.

I love my Explorer! It has great room for family road trips. It's reliable, and so many comforters. I feel very safe in my big girl car. The wide wheel base makes it a very smooth ride. I love that it has great cargo room if I need it and both the 3rd AND 2nd row go down flat. I was surprised when car shopping that not all cars with 3rd rows have the 2nd row fold completely flat into the floor.
Leaking transmission fluid at 33,000 miles
2013 Ford ExplorerB - Weston, FL04/03/2015
Leaking transmission fluid at only 33,000 miles. Has a lot of tech goodies but car has a cheap feel and drive. I had Ford fix the leaking transmission under warranty and then I got rid of it at 35,000 miles, prior to expiration of factory warranty. I would not recommend this car based on poor quality.
