2006 Ford F150Indy Jason - Indianapolis, IN11/05/2008
I love the look of my F150, however, I'm a little concerned that my truck had less than 20k miles before I found an oil leak and every other day, I'm experiencing a check engine light issue when I hadn't bought gas or touched the gas cap! It's still under warranty, so Ford will be fixing the issues but my other complaint with Ford is that they don't offer a loaner vehicle for those of us who have paid these prices while still under warranty. I guess to me it's a customer service issue which is why domestic sales have been declining for the past decade.

I purchased my F150 with a Triton V8 and suprisingly it is great on gas and it handles great. It is comfortable and has alot of room. I rode with 3 kids in the back, which 2 were in car seats, and I still had more then enough room in the front. This is a great truck and I would recommend it to all my friends.
The best truck to have for play or work.

I bought a 06 ford F-150 extened cab with the 4.6 V8 and have had it for three years with no problems.I go to work in it everyday in the city,I go out on the town in it and out of town.It ride smooth in the city and the highway. For a big truck you will get pretty good gas mileage 15 city 19 highway are better. The inside is nice and big with great comfort for long drives. The back is almost as big as the dodge ram back part.I do work in my truck like hauling washing machines, dryers and boards.I also get heavy loads of dirt and the truck still handle well. So, if you want a real truck the Ford F-150 is the truck to get second would be Chevy. The other ones Nissan,Dodge and Toyota are not real trucks.
