Customer Review Summary for Ford F150
Junk. Pure and Simple. Nothing but problems
2007 Ford F150Eric L - Chesterfield, VA11/01/2016
I've had a lot of problems and looking online, so have others. problems with the brakes, upper control arms (having to be replaced again), front hubs had to be replaced, leaking power steering hose, and now exhaust manifold has to be removed/repaired. I only drive 5k miles a year, except for one year when I drove it for about 20k. For a 4x4 truck "Ford" tough, this thing is anything but tough. And I rarely go off road. This truck has been babied for the most part with no rough treatment. Seriously considering getting rid of it for another brand. I used to be a Ford man, but after this truck, I'd have to think long and hard before I buy another Ford product. Very disappointed.
GREAT FULL SIZE TRUCK!!!
2014 Ford F150Omowale Peyton - Columbia, VA05/13/2016
Dependable, strong 4WD, full sized pickup big long bed Great on gas 19.mpg
navigation, leather remote start just about everything!
Highway and local =19 mpg.
Just highway is closer to 24 would be my guess . I don't gun the engine or speed up to stop lights or pass just to pass.. .
Best band for the buck in a truck.
2009 Ford F150Drew Humphries - Deltona, FL06/08/2015
Mine is a Lariat 5.4L supercab 4x4...overall an outstanding vehicle...other the lousy fuel economy (13.5 city) the only other peeve is the acceleration hesitation I suspect is due to emissions controls....but hey this is a truck and prolly the most comfortable and reliable vehicle I have owned to date, plus it tows up to 15K.
The Ford F-150, the top-searched vehicle on carmax.com in 2017, has a heck-raising version called the SVT Raptor. Love it or not, the Ford Raptor is impossible to ignore. It rules the road (and dirt, mud, sand, etc.)!
