Reviews for 2011 Ford F150
Best truck money can buy
Number one it's a Ford and it is everything that anyone would want in a truck
Low mileage, runs good,
I bought this truck 2 months ago, so we are still in the honeymoon phase of this relationship and no problems so far. The seats are very comfortable, the cab is very quiet. It's still a truck, so you feel the bumps a little more than a sedan, but on a smooth road it's like a luxury car. The 3.5 liter twin turbo v-6 is very powerful and quiet. I have not towed yet, but with a 9600 pound tow rating with a 3.55 limited slip rear axle it should be no problem. Gas milage is not bad for a 5600 pound vehicle. About 16 around town and 19 on the highway if you keep it under 70. I like the 6 speed automatic, smooth shifts and keeps the engine in the 1500 to 2000 rpm range most of the time. With 420 foot pounds of torque it never feels like its lugging the engine. Pulls the grades up I-80 to Tahoe with little effort. This is the Platinum model so it's a lot of money for a pickup. This is not your average pickup and If I was on a tight budget this would not be my choice either. I like it a lot though.
