I took a chance on this truck knowing Ford has had reliability issues in the past. My brief experience with this truck, before I returned for a refund only, reinforced this concern. The truck, an EcoBoost 3.5L V6 version, was experiencing significant Engine Timing Cover Oil Leak at only around 40k miles. Online searches turned up many others complaining of the same problem. Also, take this for what it's worth but online searches of the EcoBoost 3.5L V6 F150 turned up a lot of complaints of sudden loss of power on highway under acceleration as well which I found to be pretty alarming. I will admit I was impressed with the acceleration but I never did get close to the advertised MPG stated by Ford even when I was driving conservatively.
King Ranch is the king of the road!

Simply a great truck. From around town to four wheel drive to towing it has worked flawlessly. Averaging 16 miles to the gallon but with the hp of the v6 twin turbo, truck has plenty of go. Super comfortable
and I love the styling. Third truck I've owned, favorite by far over F150 Supercrew ( which was still a great truck) and a loaded Nissan Titan.
Great Truck, Wonderful Truck
2007 Ford F150Talvin - Fort Mill, SC03/01/2015
I have driven a lot of trucks in my life, but this F150 is the Cadillac of every truck I've driven. Most trucks boast on power and performance. The F150 balances all of that and then adds luxury and smooth ride for what I consider the best truck on the road. I have owned this truck now for a little over a year and I have not been disappointed in its performance not in my decision to buy this vehicle.
The Ford F-150, the top-searched vehicle on carmax.com in 2017, has a heck-raising version called the SVT Raptor. Love it or not, the Ford Raptor is impossible to ignore. It rules the road (and dirt, mud, sand, etc.)!
