I recently received my Ford 500 SEL as a gift from my family and I have been nothing but pleased with this car. It is not going to win any drag races, but it has plenty of power for hectic inner city driving or passing vehicles on the highways. My husband said it felt like driving a truck as in it does not have a nimble on its feet feel, but it is a responsive enjoyable drive and ride during my hour long commutes to and from work. Gas mileage is great, and tons of interior space and massive trunk. Only thing I have noticed is that the six disk CD changer skips allot with road bumps, and I am not sure if the steering wheel controls for the stereo will be able to work if I decide to swap out the radio/cd changer with an after market one. I do and will continue to recommend this car to others and look forward to many more years with this car.

The AWD Limited chews up gas. I get 18.5 city 20 hwy. The limited is really nice and driver good. The pickup could be better, but the gas would suffer more. Good car just really bad MPG.
Best car that I've ever owned

I actually purchased a 2005 Ford 500 and by far is this the best car that I've ever owned, never had to invest any major repairs. The most $$$ that I spent in this car was the triple tread tires that I had installed. After that the car even ran smoother. LOVE MY 500!
