2011 Ford FlexA Burnham - Castle pines, CO12/03/2016
This is a great family car. Basically a fancy station wagon. But, with any high mileage car, buy the warranty! Our front transfer case went out 45 days after we bought it. $5,600 repair cost us $300 of deductible. Warranty paid for itself twice over i he first two months.
Great People/Stuff Carrier

Bought this car after selling a Nissan Xterra. It was a big change - the Flex is almost like a luxury car on the inside. I normally wouldn't want so many features (things to go wrong), but I needed something bigger on the inside and still AWD/4WD; this fit the bill. Got a semi-high milage car, due to budget constraints, and it does show its age, but not terribly. If I bought another one, I would want one 2013 or newer that has independent camshaft timing for better gas milage.
Interesting benefits to the Flex
2012 Ford FlexEthan Opelt - Nashville, TN05/27/2016
This car is like a nice minivan but without the minivan stigma. It also rides extremely well. It's not fancy but perfect for our family of 4 with a lot of interior space. Way more space than we realized. We think it looks cool. It's not very fuel efficient and it doesn't have a lot of pickup but overall we do like it a lot.
The Ford F-150, the top-searched vehicle on carmax.com in 2017, has a heck-raising version called the SVT Raptor. Love it or not, the Ford Raptor is impossible to ignore. It rules the road (and dirt, mud, sand, etc.)!
