Reviews for 2011 Ford Focus
Hummmm, should of shopped around
My concerns about the car was not being met!
A minimalist's car
The 2011 Focus doesn't look as cool as the new generation, but it still performs well. In the city, I run around 20-27 mpg, depending on traffic. During long highway trips, I get about 37-40 mpg. Acceleration is excellent for 2.0 Liters. The back seat is small, and I'm still not sure about the plastic trim. I'm thinking of getting some new wheels to replace the plastic hubcaps.
Ford Focus Review
I can understand why the Ford Focus is the number 1 selling car in Europe. The gas mileage is excellent and the icon appears to remind you at 1/4 tank of gas. They put thought into the setup of the display. Although it is not as sophisticated as the 2012, it has cool features. For instance, the radio can be controlled from a button on the steering wheel; it always tells you the direction the car is going in; and it tells you the outside weather. Additionally, the performance is better than expected. It accelerates better than I expected. Also, the turning radius allows me to make tight U-turns. The fold down seats at the back allow ample trunk space. But I love the fact, that the button to turn down the back seat is obvious! I delight in the gas tank being on the passenger's side...where it should be when I fill up at the tank. In essence, the Focus is well-thought out and pleasantly surprising.
