Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (3.683 reviews) Car had a clutch shutter that rattled between 2-3 and 3-4 gear. Ford tried to pawn it off as normal, but the fact that they issued a advisory and an extended warranty to cover the constant reprogramming of the ECM to keep the transmission from forgetting when to shift makes me think it was not normal but a manufacturers defect.

Buy an ST you won't regret it!

This car is for those who want a fun vehicle but want to retain some of the more adult features. Great gas mileage, has a great ride for a "performance" vehicle. Can carry 4 full grown adults comfortably and still have room for one more if you want to push the leg room.

Fun to drive.

This car is a lot of fun to drive. I never really considered buying a Ford (I've owned mostly Hondas in the past), but I needed 4 doors. My previous vehicle was a 2005 Civic SI Hatchback. I loved that car. The Focus handles very well, and goes fast when you want it to. The additional gauges on the dashboard seem a bit unnecessary and are a little distracting.

From Mustang to Focus ST

I have been driving Mustangs for the past 16 years and with the birth of our 2nd child the backseat was beginning to get crowded. It was time to retire the '05 v-6 Mustang in favor for something that had a bit more room in the back. While the ST does not have as much room as our Edge, it does the job. This car handles well on the road and is very fun to drive. While it is a major change going back to front wheel drive, this car has delivered. The dash does have a heavier rubber type of finish that hopefully will keep it from cracking years down the road. The interior is upgraded from that of the standard Focus and the 6 speed gearbox snaps into the next gear as you tear down the road. YouTube has several good reviews.
