Great fuel economy, enough leg room for 6 foot guys in back seat, safety tech. I bought this to replace a 2007 Ford Fusion. I love how model improved throughout the years. I went from 26 mpg to 42.5 mpg, from a SE trim level to Titanium trim level. With Titanium, you gain a lot of safety features as standard features (Lane departure warning and keep assistance, blind spot alert, adaptive cruise control, rain activated wipers and headlights). The cabin is quieter in the 2014, people in my back seat would have a hard time hearing people in the front seats in my 2007. Leg room is greatly improved, I have male friends that at 6 foot+, and they don't feel cramped in my car.
Great mileage. I love how this car drives and it's super comfortable and very quiet. It has a great navigation system with a large display The instrument panel is nicely laid out - everything easy to understand and in arms reach, with the benefit of buttons for the most often used items on the steering wheel. The trunk space is ample, as is the interior - it comfortably seats four adults. Nice styling that won't go out of style quickly.
I read up quite a bit online regarding hybrids before I ever went to the dealer(s) to start test driving. I had pretty much narrowed it down between the Fusion and the Prius, both getting excellent reviews and feedback from their owners. I tested the Fusion hybrid first and was impressed with it's sporty interior and handeling; not to mention the Sync System. I drove the Prius next. It was a no brainer from the moment I pulled onto the road. The Fusion had much better handling and a much more tight and stable feel. (The Prius seemed top-heavy.) If you are wavering between two or more vehicles. I would recommend going to a Carmax because chances are, they will have whatever you are considering and you can compare them side by side and it makes it a much easier decision. I've had my Fusion hybrid a little over a month and I can't be happier!
