The Mustang is the original muscle car and it has been alive and well when other companies have pulled out from the competition. I see why this car is so well loved by enthusiasts. Where can you get a V8 300+ HP and TQ with descent gas mileage and back seats for less than 30,000. I bought mine used a great price. I have owned mostly imports such as Celica's, 350z's and an Evo 8. I must say both of those cars are great for what they are advertised but the Mustang shows why it has been at the scene for so long. We all know the new Mustang models come with a 5.0 engine but dont be hesistant on the 4.6 GT model. It has a lot of room for growth if you are into modding up your ride. The looks are retro and I must say that Ford hit it right on the mark. I get a lot of head turning action when I drive down the road. A few things that could be better is the suspension, tires and interior. The suspension could use a little more tweaking to make it handle better on the road. I believe this car should come with wider tires to show a meaner stance and perform better on the road. All this can be done afterwards but it could be nice coming out from the dealer. The interior is made of mostly plastic but hey it is a sports car. If you want luxury, dont expect to pay 30,000 or less with same performance and features that the Mustang offers.
A truly best bang for your buck!

This car is so much fun!! The convertible top is very simple to lower and raise. Awesome power. Comfortable for my long-legged boyfriend in both the driver and pasenger seat. And of course, the sound system is unbeatable. The volume of the radio/CD/or Ipod raises or lowers with the speed of the car when the top is down. So, we can hear our music when moving fast on the highway and others are not offended when we are moving slowly on city streets. I had my first Mustang in the 80's. You've come a long way baby!!
