Smooth, quiet and fun to drive
2011 Ford MustangTokuzumi - Atlanta, GA05/21/2012
I've had the car for almost 2 months now. This car is actually quieter than my wife's 04 Lexus RX330. My only real complaint thus far about the car is the lack of road feel. I have no idea how fast I'm going. 60 mph feels like 40 mph. Because of this, I use cruise control a lot.
But, I get great mileage driving mostly around town. I've yet to get less than 22 mpg, with 80% city driving. I'm not in stop and go. It's backroads, where the speed limit is 40-45. Very few red lights.
The shaker sound system sounds amazing. A little too much bass for my taste, but I can turn it down. Sync is nice, too. But I can't get my phone to pair with the car (Galaxy Nexus), so your mileage may vary.
Fit and finish on the car is great. Panels have small gaps, and line up nicely. The interior panels that you touch are soft, with the exception of the door panels, which are hard plastic. Everything feels well put together.
This car is quick, but I wish it was the V8!
My 05 GT
2005 Ford MustangWizzer - Fresno, CA11/19/2008
I have had my 2005 GT for a little over a year and this is one car I will never part with. I know this sounds extreme but this car in my opinion is perfect! at least for me :-) So much fun to drive and lots of power, everything a Mustang should be and more. If you have been thinking about purchasing one, Go For It! Ford got it right this time!
