2013 Ford FiestaShana Edwards - Tigard, OR07/03/2016
This car is not user friendly in any way. The only thing that is easy to operate is the cruise control and volume of the radio. The SYNC system hardly ever works and will not connect my phone 9 times out of 10. I also cannot use any of the voice controls; every time I try to call someone it thinks I'm telling it to call Jose. (???) The transmission on the car always jerks me around when changing from first to second or second to third. The car also always sounds like there is a piece of metal scraping a piece of plastic whenever it is moving, and the brakes always screach. When I took it in, they said "those are normal sounds to hear with that specfic car". Who wants a car that always sounds like its breaking?
2011 Ford FlexRustin Chole - Turnersville, NJ04/08/2016
We had this car for a year and loved it. Recently it had been declared totaled. It was involved in an accident. My wife and our friend, along with our 11 month old daughter, and our friend's 3 year old son walked away unscathed after be hit in a side impact collision. The side air bags deployed and thankfully everyone was unharmed. My wife and I are looking to replace our Flex with another one, not only because it is a great vehicle that fit our family of 5's needs, but because we know that we'll all be safe in it.
Great vehicle at an excellent price.
2016 Ford Expedition ELSylvester Jackson - Woodbridge, VA05/01/2017
It has a lot of options, the ride is incredible, it has a lot of space as I am a big guy and have three kids and three dogs to haul around and sometimes towing. The gas mileage is great and the turbo is very smooth and responsive. Great safety features for my entire family even for my teens who drive and everything being hands free and can connect to their smart phones.
I don't know about cost of maintenance yet but our mechanic checked it out when we purchased it as he does all our used vehicles and was impressed with what Ford has done with this model and year and cost to maintain should be normal.
I would like to see one additional thing on this vehicle and that is about a 2 more inches in suspension ground clearance.
