2011 Ford Rangerminorbird - Huntsville, AL05/05/2012
It's too bad that Ford had decided to discontinue the Ranger series in North America because this is a good little truck. Rides high on the road, which is real nice in traffic. Dual front and side airbags make you feel real safe. Interior is ergonomically correct and comfortable. Gas mileage with the 4-cylinder goes a long way. For my use, I can go back and forth to work for more than a week before another fill-up. Bed is just big enough for trips to home improvement stores without having to use a full-sized pickup truck.
Ford has now made the F-150 it's base pickup truck in North America. It's too bad because I won't buy something that big. I like the small pickup trucks and if Ford will no longer provide me one then I'll go somewhere else. Until then, I'll drive my Ranger until the wheels fall off.
Perfect first vehicle for a young driver
2011 Ford RangerT. - Mount Juliet, TN08/02/2014
My husband a I boughy this truck for our son, who is junior this year. This is the perfect first vehicle for a young driver. It is a small truck, low mileage and very few "bells and whistles" so ....less can go wrong with it. It drives great, gets good gas mileage and is not "too much truck". Only holds 3 people, which is perfect for a 16 year old new driver.
