The engine has the power we need to tow a trailer with our newest toy!!

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.442 reviews) The GMC Terrain is a really stylish and expensive looking vehicle. I have an upgraded interior package but it was still priced just under $20k and believe it was an excellent price and value. The gas mileage on the highway is wonderful, I really do get close to 32 mpg and if I'm driving on longer stretches of in town streets I get in the 20's. Even though it's compact the interior affords tons of space for passengers, animals, luggage and small pieces of furniture. So far I've had no issues with any systems. My only complaint would be that the A/C doesn't seem particularly cold to me and doesn't flow to the back of the car very well but for the most part it's not a problem. I couldn't be happier with this car and hope it lasts.

Great touring vehicle

We've had this car for about a year and a half. It's been a very reliable vehicle. Our only trouble with it has been at 60,000 miles the power steering pump went out and we developed a knock in the steering which had us replacing rack and pinion. I don't believe this should be a problem with a vehicle with less than 100K on it, but it was a fleet vehicle before we bought it. I'm not a pro, but I choose to give the vehicle the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe it wasn't cared for as it should have been since it belonged to a fleet. Other than that, the car has been a dream to drive. We've taken it on trips half way across the US, and it's very comfortable. As long as we have no more major problems, I will buy another.

Great car at the right price

This car is very comfortable, has a smooth ride and is surprisingly roomy inside. I have a wife and 2 children and we frequently take road trips in excess of 500 miles. We are able to fit the whole family and all our luggage and whatever we need while still fitting comfortably in the cab. We have the SLT2 package so it has memory seat and mirror positions which makes it really easy when switching drivers without having to take too much time to readjust everything. My favorite feature is how the side view mirrors tilt down when backing up, making it remarkably easy to see the lines of a parking spot. The backup camera is also a big plus. Despite all it's room to make it feel like an SUV inside, it's still very compact which makes it easy to

Love My Terrain!!!

This vehicle has a great ride and great gas mileage. I love that it has a feature to track my mileage for the most recent 50 miles. Just today my average mileage was 27.8 miles per gallon and my best mileage was 33.2 miles per gallon. Plenty of room for all my shopping needs. Love the kickplate that keeps items from falling between the cargo space and the rear seats. great feature that the rear seats can be adjusted forward and backward as needed. I feel very safe on the road. Great visibility.
