I did a lot of research on the Acadia and felt that all of the reviews I read were accurate. I like everything about it other than the gas mileage. The vehicle is rated at 17 city/24 highway and it probably gets about 14 city and 21 highway. I consider this an appreciable difference. The car we got include every available option except for backup camera. I didn't want the DVD player and have only used it once in a month but it seems to work fine. The kids complain that the IR headphones are have a lot of static. It has a tow package which I have not yet used but am glad it included. One problem is that the side mirrors seem to be constantly out of adjustment and when I use the preset button to return them, nothing happens like they were actually not moved. I'm pretty sure my mind is not going on this one but have yet to figure it out. One other negative is that with the lower than expected gas mileage, I find the fuel tank too small. I can only go about 250 miles before needing to refill. Not to dwell on the negative, but I had a dead battery one morning I believe because someone left a reading light on. I thought that the electronic system would cut off any battery drain...evidently not. It jump started fine but where is the battery? Not under the hood that's for sure and the manual does not say. I need to send to send out a search party to find it.
Not sure yet

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this car... I'm still not sure yet. I love this car and it is VERY comfortable. I have had to be at the dealer a lot over the past 6 weeks but it is all stuff that can go wrong with any car so I am not sure yet if it is a bad car or just things wearing out.
Beautiful car and very comfortable is about as much as I can say right now.
Would I buy it again? Right now... I can't answer that.

This car fits our family of 5 perfectly! We love the way it looks and rides. The only complaint I have is the stereo system. If you have the option, go with the Bose system as the factory speakers are not so good.
