I fought every instinct in my body to purchase this Acadia. I had hoped my mother in law just got a "lemon" with her Acadia but I was wrong. I bought it because my wife and I both like the quad seats that it offers so the children would not have to climb over the second row to get to the third (yes I know the seats fold in the others but no kid will use them.) since I have bought this car I have discovered an oil leak on the front main seal, the sunroof cover "pops" open randomly while driving and the AC vent will not open and close the way it should. I should've spent the extra money and bought the TOYOTA 4Runner!!! Oh well, lesson learned
I started to have problems with this vehicle after having it for 3 days. Air bag light keeps coming on, car has a vibration. There is a clicking noise when turning the steering wheel. Back seat a/c / blower went out already. Stereo volume goes up and down, it doesn't even get loud. I have only had this vehicle since may 2016 and it has been back and forth to the dealership. All items each time were fixed but continue to have the same problems. DON'T PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE!!!!
Great family car! Plenty of space for the whole family plus gear. Even with the third row up, there is still plenty of room for strollers, backpacks, and any other gear you might need. Most third row vehicles only provide a few inches between the third row and back door. But not the Acadia
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
