I love my Envoy. I am so glad that I purchased it. I am not a person who buys a new car every year so it was a big deal for me to go buy a car. Listed below are the pros and cons:
Pros: Lots of bells and whistles, impressive highway gas mileage, get many compliments of the exterior look, smooth ride
Cons: Crummy gas mileage in town, sometimes feels a little off balance when switching lanes at fast speeds
Overall the pros far out way the cons in my book. Very impressive vehicle.
2005 GMC Envoy1Cowboy - Markham Il.10/16/2012
I have been driving company cars for the past thirty nine years.
I have always wondered what type of vehicle I would like to own
when I retired. I have driven Chevys ( Impala and Celebrity),Ford ( Taurus and Taurus XL ) Plymouth ( Acclaim ) Pontiac ( Grand Prix ) Well I retired last august. I saw a car on the web at CarMax.
Checked it out and bought it. It's only been a thousand miles since
I bought it. But I can truly say that I love this car.

2004 GMC EnvoyCharlie - Park City, Utah02/10/2007
I think GMC missed the boar in discontinuing the 2004 GMC Envoy with the Double Window and Truck Bed in the rear. What they failed to do was promote as a car for pets rather than their initial offering. My daughter bought this vehicle in 2004 as a great Pet Carry vehicle.
