The Terrain is everything I thought it would be. I love all the features and it rides great on the highway. I would referr this vehicle to everyone.

I like the passenger space and the fact that the rear seat can move to accomodate more passenger leg room or more cargo. I love the comfort factor and the smooth ride. I love the sound system, the USB / Auxiliary input ports, the bluetooth connectivity, and the other convenience features. I like the cubbyholes in the rear compartment, though they detract from the overall cargo space.
I am not crazy about the 4-cylinder engine. It's a little sluggish and it's noisy. I bought the car for the advertised gas mileage (Rated at 26 - 32mpg), and so far I have averaged 25mpg in daily 5 o'clock (Houston, TX) traffic. I was aware that the vehicle wouldn't do 26-32, as they never meet the rated mpg. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle, though if I had it to buy over again I would get the 6-cylinder motor. Also, I know this is nit-picking, but I would have liked for the rear seat to fold completely flat for cargo instead of inclined.
Some of the best compact SUVs today are efficient, with good power and handy features like a turbocharged engine, all-wheel drive, and even third-row seats. Check out this top 10 list, based on CarMax sales data from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.
