LazyBoys meets Yukon
2006 GMC Yukon mrmnico - Wausa, WI 08/03/2009Okay, so I have similar vehicles prior to our Yukon Denali such as the Lexus GX470 and BMW X5. I must say that AWD was a must for me and I wanted the luxury of the Lexus. Well I will be honest. The main reason I picked a GMC was because I wanted to make sure that town I was moving to could service the vehicles I owned. To my surprise when I moved from FL to WI the ride was great. 2 Adults 5 kids on a 2 day road trip and it was comfy. Power to spare. gas mileage is sub par but then again it is the same engine as the Z06. I am a fan of GMC. I would like to look at the newer one but our 2006 drives like new.

2009 GMC Yukon Mimi Wilt - Winston-Salem, NC 10/15/2016It is very comfortable, and easy to drive. I have taught my kids how to drive in this car. We have driven this car across the country on many trips. It's smooth and roomy. It also has lots of leg room. I love the features. While driving, I don't have to move my hands from the steering wheel to make a phone call, or to work the radio. It's great!
Great SUV
2009 GMC Yukon Dave Walker - Parker, CO 01/13/2016Incredible engine performance, interior finish and options on the Denali are top notch, great family car and performs very well in Colorado's winter driving conditions. I do miss the manual four wheel drive options of the Tahoe, as this model uses GMC's all wheel drive system. Otherwise, not a single complaint.
