Perfect Car for a SPORTS MOM!!

The car provided the best of having both a car & SUV style all in one... Get the look of a car, gas mileage of a car.. however the space of a SUV... tons of storage, the back without the seats down, hold a large cooler, batbags, chairs, umbrellas, blankets... etc...

Pros

  • Fuel Economy: Great Gas Mileage
  • Interior Space: We're a tall family all of us fit comfortably
  • Cargo Space: fits all the gear we travel with every weekend

Cons

  • Visibility: The view from the rear view mirrow is blocked a bit due to the design of the hatchback
  • Ride and Handling: It turns very wide...

Loving my experience so far.

It has a comfortable ride. It's roomy. Great for road trips. Gas mileage is good. The body style is sleek and classy for a crossover. I have noticed that Mercedes Benz and BMW have adopted the look with some of their newer models. It has great acceleration.

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: Smooth
  • Power: Acceleration
  • Styling: Cool looking.

Very Functional

We were looking for a very functional car for my growing family, 4 kids 8 and under. This car has served us very well in that capacity. It is a mini-van missing the 3rd row. With the rear row laid down completely, there is quite a bit of room. My wife has already started to use it as her enclosed truck as far as transporting all of her things. We have the 4 cylinder engine and it is seems to be lacking in torque as it is slow off the line, but as a family vehicle and wagon, it is works fine. The biggest deterrent would be the blind spots on the car. Given the design of the hatch there are significant blind spots using the rear-view mirror. Honda compensated for this with larger side-view mirrors, but it takes some getting used to.

Pros

  • Cargo Space: with the rear seats down, you have plenty of hatch space to play with
  • Ride and Handling: smooth ride, not luxury by any means but very comfortable
  • Interior Space: I'm 6'3" and have enough leg room in the rear seats to be comfortable on shorter drives

Cons

  • Visibility: significant blind spots out the rear of the vehicle given the structure of the hatch
  • Technology and Entertainment: has bluetooth, but VERY rudimentary system and voice commands are frustratingly unreliable
