Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) I chose this car because I wanted comfort and great mileage. I got what I wanted and more. While the Accord Hybrid has been criticized, and rightly, for not having the equivalent gas mileage of its contemporary hybrids, it still exceeds what I would be getting in an equivalently-sized vehicle that is not a hybrid. Its acceleration and the luxury of space and comfort ensure me that I have not compromised. I did have to get used to the engine turning off at stoplights. The 'shudder', as some reviews call it, took some getting used to. I did lose some trunk space, but I don't anticipate that will ever be a problem for me. I would say this car is probably a little better for a taller person. The doors are pretty heavy and the proportions are geared toward larger persons, at least for entering and exiting on the driver's side. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

A spirited Hybrid

All I can say is wow. Great gas mileage and a really quick car. The hybrid sign is sure to fool many. Just a li'l press on the gas and boom!! Also really quiet on the road. My only complain is the rims are just ugly. One thing that does getting used to is the autostop feature when you get to a light or going around a parking garage could be a li'l annoying, but turning the key and no starter sound is cool so a li'l give n take. Overall I am super surprised at the quality and feel of the car. This is my first Honda and I think I may stay in that family of cars.
