This is a great first car for people just out of high school or college. It's affordable, sporty (I love the 6 speed transmission) and overall just a fun car to drive. It's not fast by any means but the 2.4L I-Vtec engine gets you 0 to 60 in just over 6 seconds. It's a 4-door so I'm able to take my friends out in it and fit comfortably. The seats fold down in the back so I can get my guitar gear into the back of it. I have a guitar and halfstack and it all fits. I can get my snowboarding gear in the car too. It has an aggressive look to it plus the sunburst orange pearl paint looks sexy in the bright sunlight.
Great family sedan. Wish they had black interior options since gray and beige and a three year old don't mesh well, but everything about the car is great. Drives perfect, and it even tells me what my oil life is! All around great drive and is a wonderfully reliable car.
This car has gotten over 43 miles to the gallon in some instances. It has just enough power to do what you need. The car is fairly technologically advanced. The speedometer is digital and has a display that indicates what song is playing. Additionally the car is fitted with Bluetooth, a USB plug in and has a CD player. Fairly reliable. Have had no issues with the vehicle so far.
However there are downfalls. I am 6 foot 3 inches. I could not fit in the Honda Civic EX model because of the sunroof. I am still a bit cramped in the LX model but it's nothing you can't get used to. Additionally after about four hours of continuous driving the seats become almost unbearable to sit in.
