This car is perfect for a single young adult, if you do not need a lot of extra space. It has great gas mileage, the computer in the car will notify you on the screen of the dash if your car requires maintenance, easy to park in tight places, can get up in speed quickly, awesome A/C unit. Pros: Since the car sits so low to the ground, there is a good bit of road noise, especially on the highway. This makes it harder to talk on the phone when needed and you will have to turn up your radio to tune it out some. It takes synthetic oil, which can cost you about $70. I bought the LX, but honestly, I wish that I would have went with an EX because I feel like it has more to offer for my lifestyle; whereas the LX is a pretty basic model.
I enjoy the feel of the car! It seems effortless when it accelerates. It drives smooth and quietly, and it's great on gas! It's also spacious, but easy to park (: The bluetooth is a wonderful perk, as well as the rearview camera! The only con i can report is that my interior is beige, and sometimes that can be inconvenient (spills, muddy dog paws etc.)
This is a fantastic commuter car. I drive 130 miles a day round trip, five days a week for work. I have gotten up to 42.5 miles per gallon on the highway and my average is 37.5 miles per gallon for an entire take of gas. I do a lot of high traffic driving in the Washington DC area, so this kind of mileage is great! The car handles great and is pretty comfortable for its size and class. Bang for the buck, you really can't go wrong. Yes, there are cars on the market that get better mileage, but Honda's long term reliability is hard to beat.
