The car is economical, comfortable and reasonably priced. Had great traction in the snow.

I love my 2005 Honda CR-V!! There is definitely nothing flashing about it's appearance. However, if you're looking for a solid, reliable, economical vehicle, you will be pleased with the CR-V. This probably explains why, since I got mine I've noticed so many on the road. It's a great little SUV that fits my personality and is a lot of fun to drive!!

I would not recommend this vehicle for the transmission / torque converter issue. This is my 2nd and 12th year with a CRV. Both of my vehicles had the same issue with the tranny & torque converter. The common AC issue has struck with this vehicle - the internet cites that it's an issue with poorly shielded AC parts which overheat and disintegrate the wiring and parts causing the AC to fail. I am also having an issue with oil consumption - no leaks whatsoever - but it "uses" a quart every 2000 miles. Honda / Mechanics may tell you that this is normal - I disagree. This is the first car I've ever had that I had to check the oil in that didn't have a leak. The locks are 100 % manual and it's wired for electronic. but wait - There's more.......
So you’re considering a Honda Accord as your next car. It’s a good choice—the Accord is very highly-regarded in any of its available variants. Plus, it combines good gas mileage with lively performance and plenty of interior space. For those who enjoy the experience of driving, Accords are known for their firm ride, good handling, and responsive steering.
