Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.667 reviews) It's an efficient car and, with the hathback and laying down the seats, can carry a lot of stuff. The Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) System takes a little getting used to, but is kinda neat. It's comfortable for a small person and probably feasible for a mid-sized person; I would not recommend it to a tall person, though; there simply isn't enough leg room.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Red Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (0 reviews) The Insight is a name many do not recognize like the name Prius. The car has been out for six or seven years, but had an interuption after the "wave" hit Japan and production for America was halted. The car is like the "Toy" in size and quality. The hybrid operation is a little different, but the miles per gallon result is great for the price of the vehicle! The car has a CTV transmission which requires a little adjustment. Nisson has converted all their cars to the new transmission and Honda uses it in the Insight. There are no gear shifts like a 4 or 5 speed, just a smooth change in the drive. The Insight applys the electric boost through the transmission to help give a boost when needed. The most adjustment needed is for the "stop" mode. When you come to a stop, the engine stops. when you ldt up on the brake, the engine starts, ready to go. That saves gas when you are at a stop, like in slow traffic. The car we drive started with 40 MPG when we didn't know how to drive it. We don't really work on it , but get a regular 44 or 45 MPG with mixed situation driving. The car is a star. MPG for a normal price.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) The car is very cheap to run. it has been reliable and a good used value for people on a budget It is practical, enough room up front and practical. Not a car that everyone has. Youthful, great turning radius. Smoother ride than you expect in a smooth road. However this car has atypical depreciation not sure why, and the driver's seat after an hour of driving gets me in a bad mood. Very low padding in the bum, and weird nonadjustable lumbar support that may make me trade it in at a loss.

Great but little hybrid vehicle!

It's an efficient car and, with the hathback and laying down the seats, can carry a lot of stuff. The Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) System takes a little getting used to, but is kinda neat. It's comfortable for a small person and probably feasible for a mid-sized person; I would not recommend it to a tall person, though; there simply isn't enough leg room.
