Drove an S2000 back in 2006 for a few years, fell in love. Been wanting my own since. Many other dealerships have S2000's all over the US. But it seems that they are in no where as good condition as the 3 i looked at sold by Car Max. The exact one and year i wanted a carmax had for a resonable price and jumped all over it before it was sold. 5 star car.
This is the car that I've dreamed of for the many years since I last had a roadster. It has the great combination of beauty, performance, and Honda quality. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five for comfort is that it has the sports car ride that it should have, and that means that the suspension if firm, which translates to terrific handling. It's almost like driving a high powered go cart. Speaking further about comfort, the seats and cockpit fit like a glove. My passengers say the same thing. The car is just plain fun to drive, which is the reason for buying a car like this, isn't it? For the first time in a long time I find myself just going for rides. The car is a joy.
This is a reliable and fun car. Some people may not want to keep this as a daily driver but I enjoy it. The only issuse I've had with the car have to do with the receiver for the cars remote key, and the catalytic converter. The receiver doesn't register the remote key consistently and the cat was actually falling apart so I replaced it immediately. Other than those two things everything have been a wonderful experience owning this car.
