It's eco-friendly, saves gas and money!!!!

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) The car's hybrid battery failed on the second day after purchasing. We had it changed for free under warranty, but now, after 2 months of driving, the MPG is worse than for a non-hybrid. The Honda Accord Hybrid 2006 is supposed to have 25/34 but I never get above 26, even on the highway, frequently having below 20MPG. The car seems shaky and problem-prone (leaked water for no reason. Honda repair people couldn't identify the problem), windows started to squeak, strange noises coming from all parts of the car as we continue to drive it.

A spirited Hybrid

All I can say is wow. Great gas mileage and a really quick car. The hybrid sign is sure to fool many. Just a li'l press on the gas and boom!! Also really quiet on the road. My only complain is the rims are just ugly. One thing that does getting used to is the autostop feature when you get to a light or going around a parking garage could be a li'l annoying, but turning the key and no starter sound is cool so a li'l give n take. Overall I am super surprised at the quality and feel of the car. This is my first Honda and I think I may stay in that family of cars.

Excellent car

It has not the softest seats, but it is an excellent car. Although it does not perform 51mpg as advertised but 30mpg, it is still a lot better than what I had before. I love this car.

Wonderful Commute Car

My Husband and I have owned one of these for 3-1/2 years and am very happy with it for city and freeway driving. Very comfortable. Love the V6 engine, lots of umph for passing. MPG is lower than Civic, but good trade off for the V6 power. Love it.
