very spacious and comfortable. Easy to drive, and gets better gas milage than I expected.
LOVE MY H3
2006 Hummer H3Hummer Lover - Fort Walton Beach, FL01/06/2008
I practically stole my 2006 in July 2007. It was a dealer demo and LOADED and one of two '06's left and the 08"s were about to come out. Not only did I drive it off the lot for 10K off the sticker, I got 0% financing for 5 years.
This is the best vehicle I have owned. The intimidating appearance is great for the ego. LOL. People do in fact stop me and ask about my H3 all the time.
Drawbacks are the lack of power when passing (I knew that when I test drove this one and the 07). Th 07 does have more power, but I couldn't pass up the deal on my 06.
The only other drawback is the blindspots. One has to be extremely careful when backing up.
All in all, I'll quote Fernando of SNL...."It's not how you feel, it's how you look...and you look MAHvelous." lol.

Only had the H3 for a month, but am overall very satisfied. This is the first suv I have owned Ive always owned pickups, but suprisingly am not missing it. The H3 rides good on and off road and I have definitely tested the 4x4 capability to the max and can tell you that it does everything that Hummer says it will do. The only thing negative I could say about the H3 is that I wish it had a little more power. I have the I5 motor in mine and when you get into hills it tends to stay in passing gear a lot of the time. This is the first GM product I have owned and have got to say that their service department is the best I have seen. The dealership I went to had a friendly and professional staff and had one service writer dedicated to the Hummer brand.
They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
