I bought the Accent because it was a more comfortable ride than it's American counterparts, was more affordable than the other foreign competitors, and it has a great manufacturer's warranty that goes with it. I've taken it on several 5+ hour trips and gets about 36 on the highway. Handles pretty well, but only thing is the 110 horsepower leaves a little something to be desired. I had no problem however navigating the interstates at 70+ speeds. In terms of value it is the best I could find for being a young adult and using the car only for myself and I work in the auto industry so I did a lot of research.
Happy with my Hyundai

My Hyundai Accent has everything I wanted in a new car and more. I love the cruise control and the iPod connection. The gas milage is excellent and the money I'm saving on gas is practically paying the note.
