Though small in size, the Hyundai Accent has great speed, especially with the 5 speed stick shift. Maintenance is pretty low and for someone without a whole lot of people to carry around, it's perfect for maneuvering in traffic and finding parking spaces, especially in crowded cities. The gas mileage is pretty good, costing roughly $30 to fill up. There are some problems with the spark plugs going out rather quickly, but Hyundai has increased the warranty for the car to cover these problems.

Cons

Interior Space: Small for large individuals and not ideal for more than three people in the vehicle
Cargo Space: Though the seats fold down, unless you are by yourself there isn't too much space to carry things
Reliability: There are maintenance issues involving spark plugs

It gets good mileage and it's easy to drive, but the thing that impresses me most is the Hyundai warranty. Had a problem with the O2 sensor at 35,000 miles and it was replaced without charge. Great ...

Pros

Fuel Economy: Nice to get farther on a tank of gas with this vehicle
Cabin Noise: Cabin noise is minimal
Reliability: Need a car I can count on to start and go.

Cons

Braking: Brakes seem to lock up when driving in snow and ice.
Styling: If I could change one thing, it would be the trunk. Hard to fit any large items in it because of the way it's made. Not a whole lot of room, either.

Because if somebody's looking for a good economy car this is the car for them. And it will save them money at the pump!!
