I bought my first Hyundai in 1987, went to the dealer and told him what I wanted...it took a few weeks to get it but it was wonderful. I bought my second Hyundai in 1996 (her name was Ethel).
Ethel had 145+ miles on her, and when the AC finally went I knew I wanted another Hyundai....I checked lots of sites on-line, found what I wanted this time. I narrowed my choices to two, went to the dealer, the first one I saw/test drove was a lovely blue four door Accent...I immediately knew she was the one for me so I bought her. I've had her about 6 weeks and I'm in love. I named her Alice, for a song that's called Little Alice Blue Gown (from the 1940's I think).
I am slowly learning about all the bells and whistles, and I haven't had any problems with her. The automatic transmission has eased my arthritis, the drivers seat is very comfortable, the air conditioning is a dream (I live in Texas where we have HOT summers). My dog loves Alice 'cause he has his own window and door (my old one was 2 door).
To summarize, this car is exactly what wanted, and I'm pleased almost beyond words.

So far this car has been a dream, granted it is my first car. It's been low maintenance, a good ride, and great gas mileage. The biggest downside is the front bumper. This car unfortunately has zero clearance so even going over speed bumps are troublesome at times. I love to camp and do mountain venturing but this car makes that a chore.
