Transmission: Automatic Color:Red Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.321 reviews) I bought this car three years ago and it's been a great change from my '91 Buick Century. I considered other compacts but landed on the Hyundai for its gas mileage, low cost of maintenance, great manufacturer's warranty and modern styling. It has nice amenities for even the basic trim and gets good gas mileage (not as advertised by still superior) for the class. I've done regular maintenance every 3k miles and only had one issue so far that was taken care of by the manufacturer. If you're looking for a commuter vehicle or just a daily driver this is a great vehicle. The space is great for the compact class as well, I play in a band and can move all of my equipment in the backseat/trunk with a passenger very comfortably.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.321 reviews) It's a great car for a good price. It gets awesome gas mileage and it's super comfortable for car rides. I find it really spacious on the inside, lots of trunk space. I've had a little trouble with the USB port, but usually restarting my phone fixes that. Some people online have complained about cabin noise, but I don't see it being any noisier than any other comparable sedan. It has a very smooth ride. Altogether I've really enjoyed my car so far.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (3.5 reviews) My daughter does most of the driving and my granddaughter always wants me to sit in the back with her. It has plenty of knee room in the back and also when driving as the passenger it has plenty of knee room in the front and back for my granddaughter's dangling feet from her car seat. Not to mention it has a hugh trunk space. Love the interior beige spirally geometric design of the cloth seats and the desert bronze color of the car. Can't even hear the engine -- tried to turn it on twice cuz didn't hear the engine LOL and drives so smooth. Best of all it only had 1087 miles. Yes, people a 2013 with only I repeat 1087 miles. You might as well say it was a new car. Love it!!!

It feels like an almost-luxury car but at an affordable price. Running smooth even in the cold winters. Love, love, love!!! Definitely suggest springing for the heated seats- worth an upgrade!

Transmission: Manual 6 Speed Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (3.5 reviews) I purchased the 6 speed version for travel 60 miles one way to work. As a long time large truck owner I was reluctant to buy a small car but I needed something better on gas for the commute. It's a nice ride. To my surprise I avg 40 mpg. Stereo is ok seats are ok for maybe up to 2-3 hours of driving and it's actually not a bad looking car for the price. I would buy another one thus far, when the time comes. The cab room is roomy for a sedan and the trunk is large as well.

Description: Used 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE for sale - $13,998, 28,602 miles with Rear View Camera, Cruise Control, Auxiliary Audio Input, Alloy Wheels, Overhead Airbags, Traction Control
Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.321 reviews) I've owned this car for one year now, and have had no major problems. I've put almost 20k miles on since I bought it. Routine oil changes and a transmission flush are basically all I've had to do, oh and new tires. I think I had to replace a couple belts recently too. Handles well enough in the snow with standard all-season tires. There isn't a lot of passenger room - two adults up front and a teenager in back is pretty crowded, but most of the time it's just me and the small children in car seats, and two car seats work okay. I definitely wouldn't want to try 3 though. I mostly use the car for commuting to work and it's great, good gas mileage (33 mpg average, mostly highway).

Reviews for Hyundai Elantra

Overall Rating

4.5 out of 5(631 reviews)

Elantra saved my life in a 10 flip rollover accide

In a roll over accident of 70 yards down an embankment more than 10flips over boulders this car not only held up but I believe kept me alive.you should see the pictures of the place where I went off the road and the final condition of the car no one should have ever been able to survive a wreck like that but I not only survived but walked away with only a hurt shoulder from how violently I was tossed in the seat belt. No other marks on me the passenger compartment was completely intact. Where most other cars " I believe " would have folded like a lawn chair.

Good on gas and affordable car

I transitioned from a SUV to a car which I wasn't sure if I'd like. I was looking for an affordable car with good gas mileage. Surprisingly, I'm enjoying my Hyundai Elantra immensely. My 13 year old son loves when I pick him up from school in the car as he enjoys the sporty look with the additional spoiler. I will be holding onto the Elantra as long as possible as my son will inherit once getting his license.

A Real Pleasure

My wife's Civic died unexpectedly, so we had to replace it. The Elantra had more bang for the buck than Civics, Corollas, Sentras and the domestic rivals. It is supremely comfortable, plenty of amenities, handles well, and is economical. As a bonus, it is very attractive. If you are in the market for an economical and reliable vehicle, don't overlook this gem. You will be pleasantly surprised!
