I was unsure about buying a Hyundai, as I had a little one back in the day, and it was a piece of junk! But, just one test drive and I was smitten.
The Limited version that I purchased comes with every luxury extra that I could dream of. It's beautiful on the inside and the outside. My kids love the TV, and the wireless earphones make the back seat quieter than it's ever been with two boys! No more fighting! The third row of seats has already come in handy for driving around friends, and when I go to the grocery store, it folds down VERY easily to load all my groceries.
I have been very happy with the gas mileage, and the handling. It turns tighter than my Toyota Avalon, and I love the fact that it sits high, but does not ride like a truck.
If you are not sure because it's a Hyundai, give it a test drive. I'm sure it will win you over too.

2007 Hyundai VeracruzClete - Florida07/08/2010
Just purchased a 2008 Veracruz Limited and have put on 2000 miles on so far without disappointment. Great value and excellent workmanship. The only criticisms would be the seat comfort and the relative position of the sterring wheel/column to the seat both of which could be improved. Love the rain sensing windshield washers and the ease of folding and unfolding rear seats.
