Transmission: Automatic Color:Green Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) We have been an avid buyer of Hyundais and Kia, until this Veracruz. At first the car was tight and very sound car, after 60K miles of being well cared for the car rattles, wind noise and many electric problems, specfically the powerseat settings for driver, the steering wheel locks up and needs key to start (normal start is just having the key fob in the auto) I have had this car in several times to repair and it gets repaired but returns back to problem after couple months of driving. Still a solid car, but these issues are just annoying considering I have had 2005 Kia Optima with 165K miles and no problems, not rattles. The 2006 Hyandai Sante Fe I owned before this car never had a problem nor never returned it to the shop even with 50K miles. Will probably buy the Sante Fe, not a Veracruz. FYI young mechanic at dealer told me these problems were common with this model

Exactly what you are looking for.

My wife and I love the Veracruz and it offers so much for such an affordable price. We test drove just about every other crossover on the lot (Kia Sorento, Ford Edge, Toyota Rav4 in V6, ...) and nothing compared to the quality and options of the Veracruz. It has the features we wanted most, a crossover SUV in V6 with the ability to tow, a roof rack, and spacious 3rd row seating. The control is fantastic on the road and you can feel the power behind the engine. We can't wait to take the Veracruz on our next roadtrip with kayaks on the roof and plenty of space for luggage/friends in the back. Carmax definitely provided us with a great vehicle with low miles and a low price! Thanks! (P.S. this is our second car through carmax, the Toyota RAV4 is also a winner!)

In love with this car!

I had my doubts at first because it was my first time purchasing a Hyundai. However after owning for a few months I am in love. It's a very smooth drive and saves a lot on gas. It's sturdy yet feels very luxurious and has all the extra perks!
